I really like how Dr. Oz and neurologist Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary provided a basic introduction to ancient India's Ayuvedic Medical Treatments for balancing the main energy circuits located within the body, called the Chakras. This is done through the use of nutritional color therapy (color food categories), along with reflex points located within your mouth; mantras, and hand gestures; mudras.
