The mission of the Art & Wellness Center is to enrich community members through every life stage, by bring together innovate, creative programs, and holistic wellness services in a vibrant collaborative space in the heart of New Orleans.
My contributions are Intergrative Health & Welness Coaching, Support Groups, Personal Health Planning, Energy Based Therapies, Mind-Body-Spirit Integration, plus a wide-range of Mindfulness Awareness Training including Mindful Eating and Intuition Energy Medicine.
